新一轮建筑业企业重组就位改革已经启动,总包和分包关系的管理模式研究成为当前促进建筑业行业结构调整的重要课题。国外对总包商和分包商关系管理研究已有一些进展。结合国内实际情况,根据分包商和总包商关系管理特点给出总包商和分包商关系管理建议,并建立总包商和分包商在协同联盟信息平台上的发展框架,对促进协同联盟信息平台建立和发展的关键因素给出具体分析;最后就协作联盟信息平台运作给出具体流程,指导平台的具体运作。

The new reengineering innovation of construction industry is beginning that the research for management model of general contractor and subcontractor relationship to be an important issue. Some progress had made in other countries in general contractor and subcontractor relationship management research. In this paper, the characteristic of general contractor and subcontractor relationship management was analyzed, and the cooperation alliance information flat of general contractor and subcontractor was established in the basis of the analysis and suggestion to improve relationship management.
