Contract managernent is the core of project management. The performance of oontract management reflects the overall effect of project management. The paper analyses the features of contract management performance, expatiates the reason that evaluates the contract management performance should commence on result performance and behavior performance, puts forward the main performance aim of result performance and behavior performance evaluation.
