摘要
针对汽油调合的工艺过程,用遗传算法和复合形法相结合的方法,开发了在线优化系统。根据实时控制的要求,不论是调度指令还是组分汽油的性质发生变化,在很短的时间内,系统就能使调合油品的各项指标达到最优范围之内,且每一步调整都是在变量的可控范围内相对最优化,从而实现装置连续生产和全局最优经济效益。文中还介绍了开发的油品优化调合软件的体系结构、设计思想和使用说明。
For the technological process of gasoline blending,genetic algorithm is combined with complex method,which prompts the development of the on-line optimization system.As the real-time control demands,no matter how the regulation command,or the property of the component gasoline changes,the system can reach targeted levels of the gasoline in a short time.Meanwhile,any regulation is relative optimization in a controllable range,so finally realize the continuous production and the global optimization of benefit cost.In addition,structure of the software,principle of the design,and the operation instruction are illustrated.
