摘要
为解决用户个性化需求与企业规模化生产之间的矛盾。提出将组织性能在线优化控制技术应用于柔性轧制,用同一种成分的坯料来生产不同性能的产品,简化炼钢和连铸的操作和管理,利用对钢材性能柔性的控制实现轧制生产的大规模定制。指出当前2种可行的柔性轧制实例:用普碳钢生产屈服强度为200~400MPa的产品,用碳锰钢生产屈服强度为350~600MPa的产品。
The Flexible Rolling Technology (FRT) for online optimizing control of microstructure and properties of steels is proposed to meet the individualized demands. The key points of such FRT are to produce products with different properties from the same steel grade to realize mass customization, and simplify operation and management of steel making and slab casting. Two examples of the FRT are given, including the steel products with yield strength from 200 to 400 MPa produced from plain carbon steel, and yield strength from 350 to 600 MPa produced from C- Mn steel.
