摘要
作为现代管理科学一大重要成果,团队管理理论已越来越引起了人们的重视。从团队管理基本特征、当代科研联盟发展趋势分析,仅凭个人的“单打独斗”已不能满足“集团攻关”的需要,必须以科研团队为主体,才能取得更大更多成绩。高校科研管理工作者必须注重科研团队的优化管理与激励,包括年龄的优化、知识结构的优化、团队带头人的遴选以及绩效考评机制的建立。
As one of significant achievements of modern management science, Theory of Team Management has more and more aroused people pay attention. According to the analysis of the basic characters of team management and the development trend of modern scientific alliance, individual power does not satisfied the needs of" group tackle key problem". The greater and more achievements are grained only depending on scientific research team. Scientific research managers of university/college must emphasize optimization and incentive of scientific research team, including age optimization, knowledge structure, the selection of team leader and the appraisal system establishment of performance.
