用分权与制权对强制侦查实施控制,控制原则需遵守法定、比例、审查的三大原则。对强制侦查的审查方式应依法确定,确定其与案情相适应的法律尺度和审查方法。我国对侦查行为的审查方式是内部审查、监督审查和法庭审查。我国的司法审查需要改革,需要完善现有强制侦查审查方式。

Controlling compulsory criminal investigation should be in accordance with three principles： by law, proper ratio, and strict inspection. Compulsory criminal investigation should be subject to the law, which decides its degree and inspection methods. In China, there are three main inspection modes： internal, supervision and court. The judicatory inspection in China needs reform, and the inspection of compulsory criminal investigation needs improvement.
