Actually psychological warfare has become ＂the fifth thought of war＂ after the other four ones, i.e. the war on the land, the war in the sea, the war in the sky and the modem digital wars. Nowadays, the peace and development have become the main trend in the world, and psychological warfare will be a significant force which will enhance the world development and peace. Under the new military conditions, psychological warfare bears some new features and it has become a very important strategy in China. Modem media has become an effective weapon of psychological warfare and the work of media plays a prominent role in winning the war.
