老年心绞痛型冠心病76例12导联动态心电图的临床分析

A clinical analysis of 12 leading dynamic electrocardiogram in 76 old patients with angina coronary artery disease

目的探讨12导联动态心电图对老年人心绞痛型冠心病的临床价值。方法回顾分析76例确诊为老年冠心病的12导联动态心电图资料,其中男56例,女20例;检查前有不同程度的胸闷、胸痛或心悸症状1个月至2年,心电图显示ST-T异常者68例,心律失常者71例。结果12导联动态心电图对老年心绞痛型冠心病患者异常ST-T改变及心律失常检出率高。结论12导联动态心电图可作为检测老年心绞痛型冠心病ST-T异常及心律失常的一种可靠及简便的方法。

Objective To explore the clinical value of 12 leading dynamic electrocardiogram in old patients with angina coronary artery disease. Methods Review and analyse 76 old patients who had angina coronary artery disease.Among them 56 patients were lnale and 20 cases were female.All patients had a 1 months to 2 years history of chest distress,stethalgia or cardiopalmus.Electrocardiogram showed abnormal ST-T change in 68 cases and cardiac dysrhythmia in 71 cases. Results DCG had a hight detection rate of abnormal ST-T change and cardiac dysrhythmia in old patients with angina coronary artery disease. Conclusions 12 leading DCG can be a reliable and convenient device in detecting abnormal ST-T change and cardiac dysrhythmia in old patients with angina coronary artery disease.
