派瑞松治疗慢性皮炎湿疹49例近期疗效观察

The efficacy of Pevisone cream in treating 49 cases of chronic dermatitis or chronic eczema

目的评价派瑞松霜治疗慢性皮炎、湿疹的疗效。方法选取49例慢性皮炎、湿疹患者,采用派瑞松霜外擦皮疹,每天2次,3周为1个疗程,疗程结束后以临床症状为标准评价疗效。结果疗程结束后,治愈率81.63%,总有效率95.92%,未见严重不良反应。结论派瑞松霜治疗慢性皮炎湿疹起效快,疗程短,不良反应少,是一种简单、安全、有效的皮肤科外用药。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Pevisone cream in treating chronic dermatitis or chronic eczema. Methods 49 patients with chronic dermatitis were dealed with Pevisone cream, twice daily for 3 weeks. The curative effect was evaluated by the symptom after treatment finished. Results After 3 weeks＇ treatment, the healing rates was 81.63%, the effective rates was 95.92%. Conclusion Pevisone cream is a better external remedy in treating chronic dermatitis or chronic eczema, because of its higb effective rates and few side-effects.
