中药外治慢性盆腔炎继发性不孕症50例临床观察

The clinical observation of treating 50 patients of secondary infertility after chronic pelvic inflammation with external application of chinese traditional medicine

目的观察中药外敷治疗慢性盆腔炎继发不孕症的临床疗效。方法将100例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组以中药外敷为主,辅以鹿胎膏、维生素E治疗,对照组以青霉素、替硝唑静脉滴注治疗;治疗组每疗程20d,对照组每疗程7d,一般1～4个疗程观察受孕率。结果治疗组受孕率为76%,对照组受孕率为22%。结论中药外敷为主,辅以鹿胎膏、维生素E治疗该症,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating secondary infertility after chronic pelvic inflammation with external application of chinese traditional medicine. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 50 patients in each group. The treated group were cured mainly by external application of chinese tradtional medicine, assisted with poultice extract of deer foetus and vitamin E, while the matched control group were treated with intravenons drip of penicillin and tindazole ,one period of treatment was 20 days in the treated group and 7 days at the matched control group, compared the rate of becoming pregnant after 1-4 periods of treatment. Results The rate of beawng pregnant was 76% in the treated group and 22% at the matched control group. Conclusion The curatine effects is remarkable to treat this disease with external application of chinese traditional medicine assited with ponhice extract of deer foetus and vitamin E, what＇s mere there is no any toxic and side effect, patients are ready to acupt this treatment and it is valuable to be generalized.
