摘要
Multiracial developing countries from the Third World need to address the racial problems and build an identity for all their members as well as promoting economy. therefore, they are confronting a developing dilemma which is much more complicated than that of nation-states. Analyzing the Malaysian New Economic Policy during 1970-1990 as example, this essay aims to discuss when multiracial developing countries are trying to solve the racial problems rooted in the economic gap, how to employ economic policies to get out of the dilemma. Conclusions are made on the basic records and statistics.
