摘要
With the establishment of China-Asean’s Free Trade Area,the Sino-Singapore’s economic and trade relations have been much closer than ever, so the cooperation in the domain of patent rights between China and Singapore has been made rapid progress. Under this background, the systematical and comparative study of provision of condition and procedure of access of patent right of the supra two countries, which includes the generalization of the same and different parts of patent law between the supra countries and critical studies of the difference will provide valuable recommendation to the improvement of provisions of condition and procedure of access of patent right of our countries and offer the useful guidelines for the coordination of Sino-Singapore patent law.
