论欧洲法院的决策功能被引量：1

摘要欧洲法院在欧洲一体化进程中发挥了重要作用,这种作用表现在直接和间接两个方面,直接作用指其司法功能,间接作用指其决策功能。本文拟对欧洲法院的间接作用即决策功能进行简单的分析。
