清前期东北治边思想及其实践

The Idea of Governing Border Area towards Northeast and Practices in the Early Stage of the Qing Dynasty

清前期对东北的治边思想,是清王朝治理全国边疆思想的组成部分,其主要内容有“大一统”、“从俗从宜”、“分而治之”以及“中外之防”等四个方面,是对中国传统治边思想的继承和发展,为清朝制定正确的治边政策,实现边疆地区的稳定与发展提供了理论上的依据。

The idea of governing border area towards Northeast is a component of the government of all the border areas of the country by the Qing dynasty. Its main contents include the following four aspects： ＂great unity＂, ＂govern according to custom＂, ＂divide and rule＂, and ＂guard against enemies inside and out of the country＂. The idea is a succession and development of traditional Chinese idea of governing border area, and presented theoretical foundation for the realization of the stability and development in border areas.
