GP方案联合放疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

The Clinical Observation of GP Regimen Combined with Radiotherapy of Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer(Analysis of 42 Cases)

目的评价GP（吉西他滨、顺铂）方案联合放疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效。方法42例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者采用GP方案化疗并加用60Co照射。化疗2周期，胸部放疗总量60—70Gy，远处转移灶的放疗量视病灶部位而定。结果15例完全缓解（CR），18例部分缓解（PR）。有效率为78．6％（CR＋PR），受益率为95．2％（CR＋PR＋SD）。初次化疗敏感的病例疗效好。结论GP方案联合放疗可明显提高缓解率，临床受益率高，安全有效，可作为一线治疗。

Objective To evaluate the immediate response of chemotherapy with GP （gemcitabine, cisplatin） combined with radiotherapy of advanced non-small cell lung cancer（ NSCLC）. Methods 42 patients with advanced NSCLC were entered into a prospective study of GP regimen chemotherapy plus radiotherapy（RT） .The patients received 2 courses of GP and 60 - 70 Gy irradiation to chest. The irradiative dosage was given according to the areas of focus for distant metastases. Results 15 patients achieved complete remission（CR） and 18 partial remission （PR）. Total response rate was 78.6%. Overall clinical benefit rate was 95.2 %. It demonstrated that better effect especially high CR was achieved in the patients who were sensitive to previous chemotherapy. Conclusions GP-RT regimen offered superior response, especially high clinical benefit rate with advanced NSCLC. It was safe and effective and could be considered as the first line therapy regimen.
