摘要
研究了用模压成型法制备碳纤维增强PVC(CF/PVC)和二维碳纤维平纹布增强PVC(CB/PVC)复合材料,并与原PVC树脂力学性能进行了测试比较。研究结果表明,CB/PVC复合材料的拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度提高,但弯曲强度有所下降;CF/PVC复合材料的拉伸强度、缺口冲击强度和弯曲强度都比原PVC树脂增大约10%;结合其力学破坏形貌照片,分析了碳纤维和PVC树脂相容性与其性能之间的关系。
CF/PVC and CB/PVC, two kinds of compound, prepared with molding technique, are studied in the paper. Their resin mechanical properties are compared with that of the original PVC in an experiment. The results show that the tensile strength and notch impact strength of CB/PVC were better than those of PVC resin, while the bending strength decreases. For CF/PVC, the strength of tensile, notch impact and bending all increase. Considering the mechanically damaged appearance- photos, we analyze the consistency and the relationship between carbon fiber and PVC.
