摘要
通过对检测方法进行改进,将片剂供试品溶液制备中的水改为缓冲液,可使回收率显著提高,并可排除不同辅料对结果的影响。对检测过程中的影响因素进行了考察,实验发现,由于原料与片剂的供试品溶液制备方法不同,尤其是片剂的水溶步骤,是导致活力偏低的主要原因。
In the test of lysozyme, the change from water to buffer in the preparation of tablet solution can significantly improve the rate of recovery and eliminate the influences of different subsidiary materials. The influential factors during the test are investigated. We find that different methods of preparing solution for the materials and tablets, especially the procedure to dissolve tablets, are the main reasons leading to the low vitality.
