摘要
为提高微生物实验教学效果,对复旦大学上海医学院2003级基础医学班实验考核进行调整,采用实验综合成绩评定学生实验技能。实验综合成绩包括实验报告35%,实验考试45%,平时实验操作20%。考试内容为“细菌人工培养”,平均成绩5.5分,相当于百分制78.5分,表明难度适中。采用实验综合成绩评定方式,有利于调动学生主观能动性,客观真实反映学生的实验技能。
To improve the teaching effect on medical microbiology experiment, a new comprehensive exanfination was developed for students in 2003-basic medicine. The examinations are consisted of three parts including 20% of operational skills, 35% of experimental reports and 45% of examination of experimental manipulation. The topic for the experimental examination is "Bacterial Artificial Cultivation". The result showed that the average score was 5.5 (equivalent to 78.5). The difficulty of the examination is moderate for most students. The level of comprehen- sive experimental examination objectively reflects the real experimental ability of each student in 2003-basic medicine.
