摘要
为了提高水性阳离子聚氨酯涂膜的耐水性和力学性能,以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚醚二元醇、一缩二乙二醇、环氧树脂E-51、N-甲基二乙醇胺为主要原料,采用丙酮法合成出环氧树脂改性的阳离子聚氨酯乳液。研究了反应条件和配方对乳液及胶膜性能的影响。通过引入环氧树脂得到的涂膜耐水性大大提高。
In order to improve the water-resistance and mechanical properties of cationic polyurethane film, epoxy resin modified cationic aqueous polyurethane emulsion was synthesized using IPDI, PPG, MDEA, E-51 and DEG as the main raw materials and the acetone: process. The influences of reaction condition and formulation on the properties of emulsion and film were investigated. Water resistante of the film has improved by introduce epoxy resion.
