摘要 相对简单而准确的模型是现代控制算法设计的基础,是提高柴油机电控稳定性和性能指标,从而提高柴油机经济性并降低排放污染的基础。对平均值模型进行了简化,在此基础上选取柴油机转速、扫气箱压力、排气管压力和压气机功率为状态变量,转化为四阶线性变参数状态空间模型。以6S60MC型船用大型低速柴油机为例进行了仿真计算,并与平均值模型作了对比分析。结果表明,本模型相对简单而准确,可用于船用柴油机控制算法的设计分析。 Relative simple but accurate model is the basis of designing of modern control algorithms, and the basis for improving engine controlling stability and performance, improving fuel economy and reducing emissions. Based on simplified mean-value model, this paper presents a four-rank linear parameter-varying state-space model. The four state parameters are engine speed, intake manifold air pressure, exhaust manifold air pressure and compressor power. The 6S60MC large marine diesel engine was used as the objective. System simulation was conducted and compared with the mean-value model. Simulation results show that the simplified model gave an accurate prediction. The model can be used to develop and analyze control algorithms for marine diesel engine systems.
