高血压患者血清抵抗素和血脂的相关研究 被引量:1

The relation between serum resistin concentration and blood-fat in patients with essential bhpertension

摘要 目的探讨高血压患者血清抵抗素水平与血压、瘦素、脂联素等之间的关系。方法60例高血压患者和65例健康对照组,都按照体重指数分为两个亚组,常规测量血压、体重、身高,计算体重指数,抽取空腹静脉血检测其血糖、血脂、空腹胰岛素、瘦素、脂联素和抵抗素。结果高血压患者与健康对照组比较,抵抗素水平显著升高[(22.35±2.05)μg/L比(25.15±1.77)μg/L,P<0.01],将高血压两亚组合并后,抵抗素与低密度脂蛋白(γ=0.599)和胰岛素(γ=0.640)呈正相关,与脂联素(γ=0.711)呈负相关;多元线性回归提示,低密度脂蛋白(B=1.258)、胰岛素(B=0.785)和脂联素(B=-0.215)共同影响着抵抗素水平。结论在高血压患者中,抵抗素水平升高与血压之间有一定的相关性,其机制可能是通过低密度脂蛋白和脂联素而实现的。 Objectve To explore the serum concentrations of resistin in patients with essential hypertension, and the relations between resistin and blood pressure, leptin, insulin, and adiponectin. Methods Sixty cases with essential hyperten-sion and sixty five healty controle subjects which were measured off two subgroups according to body mass index, were taken fasting blood samples for measurements of plasma glucose, plasma lipids, insulin, leptin, adiponectin and resistin. Results The concentrations of resistin in essential hypertension cases were significant higher [ (22. 35 ± 2. 05)μg/L vs (25.15 μ 1.77) μg/L, P 〈0. 01 ] than those in the controle group. Pearson relation analysis showed that resistin levels were positivly and significantly correlated with LDL-C (γ=0. 599), with insulin (γ=0. 640), while resistin concentration was negatively and significantly was correlated with adiponecitn (γ= 711 ) in essential hypertension group; moreover, multiple regression analysis showed that LDL-C ( B = 1. 258), insulin ( B =0. 785), adiponectin ( B = -0. 215) were resistin independent factors in essential hypertension. Comclusion There was significant correlation between the resistin, adipenectin and blood pressure, and the result suggested resistin that might play regulative roles through LDL-C and adiponectin in the development of hypertentsion.
