摘要
目的 探讨结膜下脂肪瘤的诊断及手术治疗方法。方法 通过对12例儿童眼部结膜下脂肪瘤的临床表现、手术、病理报告及术后随访情况进行汇总分析，总结结膜下脂肪瘤的诊断及手术方法。结果 术中摘除瘤体后予结扎断端，随访2个月-6年，均未见复发，亦未见眼球运动障碍。结论 结膜下脂肪瘤多位于颞侧，单眼多发，手术为首选的治疗方法，适当的手术方法可避免复发。应与结膜下脂肪疝及皮下脂肪瘤等其它结膜肿瘤鉴别。
Objective To study the diagnosis and the surgery of subconjunctival lipoma in children, Methods 13 eyes of 12 patients were performed surgery with ligation, All cases were diagnosed by pathology and followed up 2 months to 2 years after operation. Results None of the cases was recurrent. Conclusion Surgery is the best treatment for subconjunctival lipoma in children.
