摘要
本文试图从理论上解决磁性槽楔对电机的效率和负载能力的影响问题,并提出了“有截获槽口漏磁通作用的绝缘拼接式磁性槽楔”的方案,既起到抑制齿谐波的作用,又不加大齿间漏磁,而且将原有槽口漏磁和一部分槽坑漏磁引导至气隙,使这些无效磁通转化成有效磁通,从而使电机不但能提高效率和功率因数,而且能提高其负载能力。
This paper is trying to solve the problem of the influence of magnetic slot wedge on the efficiency and load capability of motor and generator. It puts forward a solution of "Insulation spell connection magnetic slot wedge with function of capturing flux leakage". It can restrain the tooth harmonic waves without enlarging the flux leakage between teeths. Also it can introduce the leak magnetic-flux inhere of notch and a part of flux leakage of slot hole to the air-gap, to make these non-effective magnetic-flux becoming effective magnetic-flux, thus to make the motor and generator not only to enhance their efficiency, but also enhance their loading capability.
