复方鳖甲软肝方防治阿霉素肾病模型大鼠作用机制的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨复方鳖甲软肝方防治阿霉素肾病模型大鼠肾小球硬化的作用机制。方法:将45只Wistar雄性大鼠,适应性喂养1周,测尿蛋白阴性后,随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、苯钠普利组、复方鳖甲软肝方组,每周测大鼠体重,每2周1次收集大鼠24h尿量,测24h尿蛋白定量,10周后处死大鼠,分离血清观察血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)、胆固醇(Cho)、三酰甘油(TG)、总蛋白(TP)和清蛋白(Alb),应用HE、六胺银染色及Mallory染色,观察肾组织病理学改变,数据用SPSS11.0进行统计学处理。结果:复方鳖甲软肝方能够减轻阿霉素肾病模型大鼠肾组织病理损害,增加阿霉素肾病模型大鼠体重,减少尿蛋白排泄,提高血TP和Alb水平,降低BUN和SCr,改善肾功能。结论:复方鳖甲软肝方能减轻阿霉素肾病模型大鼠的肾脏病理损害,对阿霉素肾病模型大鼠肾小球硬化有一定的保护作用。 Objective: To discuss the mechanism of compound Biejia Ruangan prescription in preventing and treating rats with adriamycin induced nephrosis. Methods: Fed for a week, 45 Wistarmale rats that were fed 1 week and tested with negative urinary protein excretion were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal group, sham operation group, model group, Benazepril treatment group and compound Biejia Rnangan prescription treatment groups. The weights of rats were measured weekly. The 24-hour urine were collected and their 24-hour urinary protein excretion were also measured hi weekly. Renal tissues, serum BUN, serum creatinine, Cho, TP and Alb were examined at the 10th week after operation. HE, masson, Mallory were applied to explore the changes of histology and pathology in the renal interstitium. The data was analyzed by using SPSS 11.0. Results: Compared with the medel group rats, compound Biejia Ruangan prescription could decrease pathology damage, urinary protein, BUN and SCr. And TP, Alb,body weight and renal function were significantly increase, Glomeruloselerosis change in compound Biejia Ruangan prescription were significantly ameliorated. Conclusion. Compound Biejia Ruangan prescription could decrease pathology damage. It may play important role in prevention and treatment of adriamyein-induced nephrosis glomerulosclerosis.
