摘要 应用偏最小二乘回归分析方法,以生物超微弱发光理论为依据,分析影响鱼类在繁殖阶段超微弱生物发光的主要因素,建立鱼类超微弱发光的预测方程,并阐述方程中各回归系数对应的物理意义,确定了影响鱼类超微弱生物发光的主次因素.通过对鲤鱼超微弱发光偏最小二乘回归模型的分析,发现影响鲤鱼超微弱发光的最显著的指标是温度和性腺成熟系数,体重和性腺重次之,光照和盐度对发光的影响较弱. According to the theory of ultraweak photon emission (UPE) of organisms, the partial least-square regression (PLSR) method is used to analyze the major factors to affect the UPE of fish in the propagation period. An equation to evaluate the UPE is then established, and the physical meanings of all the regressive coefficients in the equation are illustrated. Moreover, the primary and secondary factors to affect the UPE of fish are determined, thus coming to the conclusions from the analysis of the PLSR model that the temperature and the gonad maturation coefficient are two notable factors to affect the UPE of fish, and that the avoirdupois, the mass of gonad, the illumination and the salinity have weaker effect on the UPE, especially the latter two.
