摘要
应用可靠性理论,对综采工作面设备的检修周期进行分析,得出基于综采设备有效度最大原则的检修周期的优化模型,并且根据所建模型,给出在设备有效度最大时,设备的最佳检修周期优化的数学公式。该模型和数学公式可作为确定综采设备最佳检修周期决策的参考依据。
By analyzing the maintenance period about full-mechanized face equipment, the decision - making model of optimum maintenance period about full - mechanized face equipment has been put forward. Apply with theory of reliability, according to the model, and provide a mathematic formula of optimum maintenance period while the availability of the equipment is max. This model and formula can be use for deciding optimum maintenance period of full - mechanized face equipment.
