摘要
建立了采煤机调高机构虚拟样机模型并对其进行运动仿真。建立了调高液压系统虚拟样机模型并与机械部分耦合构造了调高系统的ADAMS虚拟样机模型,通过调高系统的正弦输入响应,得出系统的频率响应特性及固有频率,为采煤机设计中元件选型和参数确定提供了一定参考。
The virtual prototype model of shearer regulating mechanical is established, and it is being stimulated. The virtual prototype model of regulating hydraulic system is also established and made an ADAMS virtual prototype model of regulating system with the mechanical part. By the step response analysis of regulating height system, the free frequency of hydraulic system is calculated. It has provided reference for the selection of parameter and component in the design of hydraulic system. analysis
