摘要
耐磨材料被广泛应用于冶金、矿山、建材及军事等各个工业部门中。双层辉光离子渗金属技术利用等离子体温度和能量密度高的特点,在金属材料表面形成不锈钢、高速钢、镍基合金和超合金,改善金属零件表面的耐磨性能,提高其使用寿命,开创了表面冶金的新领域。
Wear resistance materials are used widely in metallurgy, mine, architectural material, military industry and so on. By using the character of high temperature and high energy of plasma, stainless steel, high speed steel, nickel base alloy and superalloy are obtained on metal surface by double glow plasma surface alloying. Wear resistance is improved and life is prolonged. A novel surface metallurgy was established using the technology.
