摘要
分析了内外齿圈插削过程的限制条件,提出了插齿刀2个基本质量参数(z0和So)和插齿刀的封闭外形,以插削内外齿圈为例,对插齿刀的齿数、刃磨余量、廓形参数的选择与计算进行了讨论。最后得出插齿刀齿数优化应考虑的条件。
The limitation to the slotting course of the inner and outside ring gears is analyzed and the two elementary quality parameters （ Z0 and S. ） are suggested. Taking the slotting the inner and outside ring gear as an example, discusses the number of the pinion shape cutter, the tool grinding excess and the selection and calculation of the vallate parameters. And in conclusion, the optimization of gear number of the pinion shape cutter is drawn.
