摘要
分析了单贮丝筒上电极丝恒张力伺服控制系统存在的问题,在此基础上研究了一种新型线切割运丝系统,可以提高电极丝运行的稳定性,有利于深入研究线切割的加工精度及生产率,对发展我国自行设计的高速走丝线切割机具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。
The defects of constant wire tensile force servo - control system on HS - WEDM with one wirewinding drum are analyzed. The new movement wire system on HS - WEDM is studied on the basis, it is able to raise movement stability of electrode wire. It is favorable to make a deep study of machining accuracy and productivity of HS - WEDM. It is import'ant in theory and in application area for developing I-IS - WEDM of our owe country design.
