摘要 叙述了一种能在煤矿井下斜巷提升过程中,自动监控挡车杠和控制挡车杠开闭的PLC控制系统。该系统可以在斜巷提升运输过程中对挡车杠的开闭进行自动控制,根据提升机的实时技术参数,自动诊断提升机的运行状态,具有声光报警、提升钩数计算、挡车杠状态实时显示、实现绞车运行、急停并与绞车的连锁功能。 Narrated one kind of the PLC control system that be able to automatic and control monitoring the operative in a textile mill bar in the Slanting lane promotion process of the coal mine. the system can automatic monitoring the operative in a textile mill bar to make or break, And according to the elevator real-time technical parameter to alatomatic diagonsis promotion running status, has the third contact to report to the police, the promotion hook number computation, the operative in a textile mill bar condition real - time display,realizes the winch movement, anxiously stops and has the winch chain- like function.
