Briefly introduces the necessity, present situation and background, and technological data of the product. The main electric circuit imposes little interference upon the electric net and electric circuit. And the technology of ＂inner circulation of electric charge＂ has been adopted as well as the controlling pattern formed by outer speeding and TL examine - circuit. Experiment shows that the product meets all the technological requirements.
