摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定史司唑仑的有关物质。方法采用十八烷基键合硅胶为填充荆,甲醇-水(65:35)为流动相,检测波长223nm。结果史司唑仑在1.2~2.8μg·ml^-1浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),RSD为0.56%。检测限为0.02ng。结论本方法结果准确,可用于艾司唑仑有关物质的控制。
OBJECTIVE An HPLC method for determination related substaaces of Estazolam was established . METHODS A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water(65 : 35), the detection wavelength was 223nm. RESULTS The linear range of Estazolam was 1.2-2.8μg · ml^-1 ( r =0. 9998), RSD =0. 56%. The detection limit was 0.02ng. CONCLUSION The method was accurate,it can be used to determine related substances of Estazolam.
