摘要
由于受市场、消费等多种因素制约,当前中国百货店的发展还远远未到成熟阶段,但已开始进入第二次分化时期,出现了高档百货、时尚百货、生活百货、主题百货、折扣百货等新的发展类型。作者根据研究和实践分析判断,百货店的生命在于独特和变化,百货店连锁成功难度较大。同时,Shoppingmall对百货店的发展威胁不大。
Because many kinds of factor restriction like market & expense and so on, current Chinese department store's development not to mature stage by far, but started to enter the second split up time, appeared the upscale department store, the fashion department store, the living department store, the subject department store, the discount department store and the recent development type and so on. The author according to the research and the practice analysis judgment, department store's life lies in unique and the change, the department store chainlike success difficuhy is big. At the same time, SHOPPING MALL is not big threat to development of department stores.
