通过将集成创新机理与项目管理理念相结合,对轨道交通工程项目集成化管理的系统模式进行了探讨,在集成化管理基本概念和基本思想的基础上建立了系统模型。重点分析了全生命周期集成、管理过程内部整合和管理主体外部协同,并归纳了集成化管理实施的三个条件:合作理念是项目实施的基础,信息平台是项目实施的载体,合理有效的组织结构是项目实施的保证。

With a combination of the integration renovation ideal and project management concept, this article probes into the integration management system mode of railway transit engineering project. A system mode is established on the basic concept and basic thought of integration management. This article mainly analyses the integration of whole life cycle, the internal conformity during the management process and the external coordination of main body. It aiso emphases three preconditions for the implementation of integration management, oooperation spirit, information platform and organization structure.
