摘要
建立了地铁火灾的能量释放事故模型,该模型把地铁系统中存在的能量和危险物质视为火灾的危险源,而能量与危险物质的意外释放将可能导致地铁火灾的发生。在基于该模型的基础上,提出在地铁火灾的孕育期通过控制能量和危险物质来防止火灾的发生,在发生期通过加强对系统设施和人员的防护来降低火灾的伤害与损失,即“屏蔽-防护”的地铁火灾防治思路。
This paper sets up the accident model of energy release in subway fire disaster, in which the energy and dangerous substances in the subway system are regarded as the dangerous sources because their accidental release would cause fire disaster. The "Screening and Protection" idea was advanced on the acci dent model, i.e. the fire can be prevented by controlling the energy and dangerous substances during the earlier stage, the damage and loss caused by fire can also be reduced by strengthening the protection of equipments and personnel in the subway system during the occurring stage.
