The review and prospect of the inorganic salt industry in China(Ⅰ)

回顾了中国“十五”时期产能、产量、进出口、行业技术进步、大型化及产业结构调整等方面取得的进步,指出中国无机盐主要产品生产能力和产量增长幅度大;进出口增长迅速;建立了较完整的工业体系,基本适应了国民经济发展的需要;科技进步推动了行业的发展;大型化进程加速,增加了企业的竞争能力;固定资产投资及引进外资速度加快,合资合作发展态势好;生产技术及装备水平提高,自动化水平有所提高;行业资源综合利用率提高,污染情况有很大好转;节能降耗取得了较大的进展。同时,提出了存在的问题和差距,目的在于根据自身的优势和劣势制定发展目标,提出发展建议。

The progress in production capacity, output, import ＆ export, technology, large - scale availability and industrial structure of inorganic salt industry in China during the＂ 10 th Five - year Plan＂ was reviewed. It is pointed out that China inorganic salt industry has made great progress in the feilds of capacity, technology and equipment, resource utilization ratio,environment disposal and energy - saving etc. and can basically meet the demand of the national economical development, but there still exist the gap compared to the developed country. Therefore,the goal and suggestion for the development of inorganic salt industry in China according to the domestic situation are put forward.
