摘要
对用水玻璃溶液和稀硫酸为原料,采用沉淀法制备白炭黑过程中所进行的表面改性进行了研究,考察了改性剂巯基硅烷偶联剂A-189的用量对白炭黑产品吸油值和比表面积等物化性质的影响,进行了扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和红外光谱(IR)分析。试验结果为:改性白炭黑产品的吸油值在2.175—2.567cm^3/g变化,最大比表面积和孔体积分别为271.105m^2/g和0.53cm^3/g。主要结论:使用巯基硅烷偶联剂A-189进行改性,能够得到纳米级的改性白炭黑产品,且粒度分布均匀,改性剂分子与白炭黑颗粒表面发生了化学吸附。
This article researched the surface modification of precipitated silica obtained by precipitation from water glass and sulfuric acid. The effect of 3 - mercaptopropyltfimethoxysilane coupling agent A - 189 on physicochemical properties ( oil absorbing value and specific surface area ) of precipitated silica was studied in this paper. In order to evaluate the function of the modifying reagent,scanning election microscopy (SEM) and infrared spectroscopy (IR) were used. The oil absorbing capacity of modifying products is within 2.567 - 2. 175 cm^3/g,the largest specific surface area and pore volume are 271. 105 m^2/g and 0.53 cm^3/g respectively. The conclusion is as follows: the modifying products are uniform and nano - meter while using A - 189 as the modifying reagent, and chemical adsorption occurred between the surface of precipitated silica and modifying reagent molecule.
