用钛白副产的硫酸亚铁浸锰制备高纯二氧化锰 被引量:18

摘要 以低品位的贫软锰矿为原料,对用生产钛白副产的硫酸亚铁直接浸锰、浸出液除杂、碳酸锰沉淀、碳酸锰焙烧及二氧化锰精制制备二氧化锰的工艺条件进行了研究。实验得到硫酸亚铁浸锰的最佳工艺条件为:浸锰温度70℃,浸锰时间3h,硫酸初始浓度2.1mol/L,矿粉粒度〈150μm,硫酸亚铁加入量为其理论量的120%,固液质量比1:3。碳酸锰焙烧的适宜条件为:焙烧时间4~5h,焙烧温度320—340℃,焙烧料翻动时间10-15min。按该条件浸锰并制备高纯二氧化锰,锰的浸出率可达98.5%以上,产品质量符合ZBG13001-1986一级品标准。该工艺为贫软锰矿的开发利用及钛白粉厂的硫酸亚铁渣的综合利用开辟了一条新途径。 The high -purity manganese dioxide is prepared by leaching low- grade manganese ore with ferrous sulfate from byproduct of titanium white,removing impurities, precipitating manganese carbonate, roasting manganese carbonate and refining manganese dioxide. The optimum technological conditions of leaching manganese ore:leaching temperature is 70℃ ,leaching time is 3 h,sulfuric acid concentration is 2.1 mol/L,particle size of ore is 〈 150μm,ferrous sulfate consumption is 120% of its theory consumption, ratio of solid to liquid is 1 to 3. The optimum technological conditions of roasting manganese carbonate:roasting time is 4 h to 5 h, roasting temperature is 320℃ to 340℃ ,turning over manganese carbonate time is 10 min to 15 min. According to the technological conditions of leaching manganese and producing high - purity manganese dioxide, the leaching rate of manganese is above 98.5%, the product quality can meet the first grade of ZBG13001-1986 standard. The technology is a new way for exploiting and utilizing low - grade manganese ore and comprehensive utilizing ferrous sulfate from by - product of titanium white.
