摘要
目的探讨电话回访对患者在遵医行为、生活方式及自我保健方面的影响。方法对76例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者进行追踪电话回访,了解他们对健康教育小讲座内容的掌握和程度,了解患者的健康需求,提供健康咨询,帮助解决问题。结果电话回访提高了患者的遵医行为,患者能自觉减少或者避免疾病的易患因素。结论电话回访服务密切了医患关系,使患者更好地进行自我保健,提高了生存质量。
Objective To study the influence of calling back interview on the compliance of patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. Methods Calling back 76 patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, investigated the master condition of health education among the patients, and then help them solve the problems. Results Calling back interview improved the compliance of patients, patients can void the risk factors consciously, Conclusion Calling back interview have enhanced the relationship between the patients and the nurses, and improved the quality of life of patients.
