白色导电PET纤维的染色性能

摘要 研究了白色导电PET纤维用分散蓝2BLN和分散红3B染色的工艺及其染色性能;分析了该纤维常压可染的机理;通过测定染料的上染率、K/S值及染色牢度,以评价染色效果。结果表明,与纯PET纤维相比,加入导电母粒,不仅改善了PET纤维的导电性,且提高了其染色性能,可实现常压低温染色,上染率达到86.7%。其优化的染色工艺为:染色温度90℃,染色时间45min,载体CTC-480T用量0.5g/L。染色后,染品的皂洗牢度、汗渍牢度、摩擦牢度和日晒牢度均较好。 Dyeing process and dyeing behaviors of the white conductive PET fiber using disperses Blue 2BLN and disperses Red 3B were discussed. The principle of atmospheric dyeability on this fiber was analyzed. The dyeing effect was evaluated by dye uptake, K/S value and color fastness. Results showed that with addition of conductive powders could impart the modified PET fiber better conductive property and dyeability than those of unmodified PET fiber. The optimum dyeing condition for white conductive PET fiber was dyeing at 90℃ for 45 minutes with the carrier CTC-480T 0.5 g/L. On the white conductive PET fiber, disperse dyes showed satisfactory compatibility, building up and outstanding levelness. Besides, the fastness to soaping, perspiration, rubbing and sunlight were excellent.
