Alkali and peroxide one-bath process under moderate batching temperature

分析了常规前处理产生疵病的原因,通过实验室小试和大样生产实践,确定了碱氧一浴温堆工艺的处方和条件;指出了碱氧一浴温堆工艺的控制要点,生产中可能产生各种破洞的原因及预防对策。实践表明,碱氧一浴温堆工艺可有效预防织物前处理时压皱印横档白条的产生,还可用于某些对热碱处理敏感的织物前处理,具有良好的应用前景。

Reasons for defects arising in conventional pretreatment are analyzed. Via practical applications, recipes and conditions of alkali and peroxide batching process at moderate temperature are defined, key points in production are advanced, rea- sons for hole formation in practice and counter measures are put forward. Results show that moderate batching can effectively prevent the crease formation, it is especially suitable for pretreatment of hot alkali-sensitive fabric.
