摘要
采用反相乳液聚合法合成聚丙烯酸类涂料印花增稠剂。研究引发剂用量、交联剂用量、水相pH值、聚合温度和诱导时间等因素的影响,得出的最佳聚合条件为:引发剂用量为共聚单体质量的0.18%,交联剂用量为共聚单体质量的0.27%,pH值6.5,聚合温度65-75℃,诱导期40-60min。试验表明,增稠剂P1E-1性能优异,可降低成本20%-30%。
Thickener PTE-1 for pigment printing with acrylic acid is prepared by inverse phase emulsion polymerization. Factors exerting influence are discussed, such as amounts of initiator and crosslinker, pH value of water phase, polymerizing tempera- ture, as well as inductive time. The optimum conditions for polymerization are defined as follows: 0.18% initiator and 0.27% crosslinker (ratio to weight of copolymerizing monomers), pH value 6.5, polymerizing temperature 65 -75℃, inductive time 40 -60 minutes. Results show that application of thickener PTE-I to pigment printing features good printing effects.
