摘要
采用单点衰减全反射红外光谱仪分析涂层织物,直接得到了聚醚系PU涂层剂、聚酯系Pu涂层剂、PA涂层剂、丁苯橡胶涂层剂,以及涤纶、锦纶、腈纶等基布的红外光谱图;通过对PVC涂层和半Pu涂层进行预处理,也可得到了与标准图谱匹配度较高的红外光谱。该法准确、快速、简便,可克服涂层织物制样难的缺点,能够系统地对常见涂层织物进行定性分析。
Coating fabrics analyzed by ATR-FTIR (attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared) spectrometer can directly obtained the spectrograms of various components, such as coating agents of polyether polyurethane, polyester polyurethane, styrene butadiene rubber, and matrix of polyester, polyamide and acrylic fibers. Spectra of PVC and semi-PU coating fabrics can highly match with the standard spectra if pretreatment is carried out before analysis. This method is simple, accurate and rapid. It can be used as a qualitative method to analyze the common coating fabrics.
