力量型运动员能量代谢最大的特点是体内蛋白质代谢速度较快。进行合理的膳食营养是最主要的,但不能盲目的补充蛋白质,若过量补充蛋白质会增加内部一些器官的负担,使酸性代谢物增多,就会导致身体工作效率下降。所以进行合理的膳食营养也是必不可少的。
