摘要
20世纪50年代产生的低氧训练发展至今,先后出现传统高原训练、间歇性低氧训练、高住低练、低住高练及高住高练低训等5种训练形式。这些形式各自存在着相应的适用范围及优缺点。鉴于各形式的互补性及低氧训练的性质,在理论上,采取阶梯式多队协作的低氧训练新模式是提高训练实效的有效策略。
Hypoxic-training came into being in 1950s, Then it developed into five forms of hypoxic-training: altitude training, intermittent hypoxic-training, living high-training low, training high-living low, living high-training high-training low. Every form has its applied category, advantages and disadvantages, With a view to the complementary of these forms and the character of hypoxic-training, it is an effective strategy to improve practical efficiency in theory for us to take the new training pattern of grade and cooperation with teams.
