采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,对高校高年级大学生的终身体育需求、课外体育活动状况进行调查,了解高年级学生停止体育课后的体育需求,并提出对高年级学生体育教育贯彻终身体育的改革建议:设立课内外体育俱乐部,实施学分制。

By using the method of documentation,questionnaire investigation,and mathematical statistics, this essay investigates the demand of lifelong physical education and physical activities of high-grades college students in universities and institutes and finds out high-grades college students.
