中部县域经济发展的金融支持问题研究

A Study on Finance Support for County Economy Development in Central China

当前,基层人民银行职能定位不清、基层银行监管部门的外部调节错位、县域金融组织体系不健全等是制约中部县域经济发展的主要金融问题。中部县域金融支持县域经济发展的主要途径是:加强县域金融组织体系建设,创新金融服务手段,提高金融支持县域经济发展的服务水平;大力整治社会信用秩序,优化金融支持中部县域经济发展的环境;积极探索县域经济融资的有效形式,多渠道支持中部县域经济发展;等等。

At present, the main financial problems to constrain the development of central China＇s county economy include duty of the grass - rooted banks of the People＇s Bank of China not clearly positioned, external regulation for the regulatory sectors wrongly placed, financial organization system of the grass - rooted banks imperfect in a county, etc. The main means for the central China＇s county finance to support county economy development are： enhancing county area finance organizational system construction; innovating financial service means; increasing financial supporting service level in the county area; strongly controlling the social credit order for optimizing financial supporting environment; making active investigation of valid forms county economic financing in a county so as to support central China＇s county economy development, etc.
