转型经济的特征决定了我国内外部经济的矛盾。内部经济结构调整、产权制度变迁及人民币汇率体制安排之间的不协调共同促成了我国国际收支严重失衡的局面,这是转型经济矛盾特殊性的体现。因此,我们应当根据转型经济的本质特征对症下药,找到医治在此过程中经常出现的经济问题的良方。

The transforming economic characteristics determine the contradiction of internal and external economy in China. The internal economic structure adjustment, equity system changes and no coordination between renminbi rate of exchange regime arrangements work together to make the serious unbalance of payments in China, which is the evidence for the specialty of transforming economy conflicts. Therefore, we should find out a way to solve the frequent economic problems according to the natural characteristics of the transforming economy.
