摘要
知识经济时代的到来和构建学习型社会的发展趋势,对职业培训教育提出了更高的要求。职业培训教育和公共人力资本管理开发应当探索职业培训教育规律,注重培训内容的前瞻性、实用性和可操作性。应研究现代培训教学的教学方法,如案例分析教学法、专题研讨式教学法、角色扮演教学法、问题诊断教学法、拓展训练式教学法等职业培训教学方法,适应现代职业培训教学的功能与要求。职业培训机构、职业培训讲师应当重视现代职业培训教学方法的研究和运用。
The arrival of the knowledge - based economy era and the trend of setting up a learning society have put forward a higher request for occupation training education. It's compulsory for occupation training education and human resource capital management and development to probe into the laws for occupation training education, to emphasize the prospective, practicability, and operability of the training contents. Such modern occupation training teaching methods should be studied as case - analyzing teaching method, special subject seminar, role - playing teaching method, problem - examining teaching method, and outdoor exercitation teaching method, etc. for adaptation to the function and the request of modem occupation training and teaching.
